Comment on Missing Edgewood woman found in Clovis

A 25-year-old intellectually disabled woman has been found safe 18 days since she was last seen at her family home in Edgewood, her family said Sunday. Brittany Redford-Gonzales was found in Clovis on Sunday with an ex-boyfriend and his mother, stepmother Veronica Duran-Gonzales said. The ex-boyfriend was identified as Jamar McDaniel, 26, whom Torrance County sheriff’s investigators had listed as a person of interest in the search for Redford-Gonzales. A surveillance video at an ATM at Lomas and San Pedro NE showed what appeared to be McDaniel and Redford-Gonzales accessing $140 in cash from the machine around 2 a.m.
