UPPER DARBY >> The zoning hearing board gave a vote of approval to Studio Movie Grill, 53 S. 69th St., to erect advertising signs for the venue at the former 69th Street Movie Theater.Movie Grill Concepts received the necessary variances for relief to install four signs on the front of the building and permission to install two video display boards for advertising at the first-run movie theater with in-theater dining and service.
