Tracy police arrest shooting suspectTRACY — Tracy police on Monday arrested a man suspected of shooting someone, slipping away from officers during a high-speed pursuit and then reporting his vehicle stolen in an apparent attempt to cover his tracks, authorities said.Patrol officers heard several gunshots about 3:30 p.m. Monday near Tracy Boulevard and Centre Court Drive, police said.
