Police agencies covering much of southern Maine report that Friday morning’s snowfall had resulted in very few crashes at the start of the morning commute. Speed limits are reduced on I-295 and the entire length of the Maine Turnpike as a large area of snowfall spreads over the state, bringing anywhere from 5 to 10 inches in the latest winter storm.
