Caught on video is this ugly bit of street violence on Capitol Hill on Tuesday afternoon. One man knocks out another man near Dick’s Drive-In. KIRO/7 says it began when two men were making derogatory comments to homeless people to the suspect. The suspect reportedly had a bat at one point, walked away from the victim, then returned to punch him after he made a comment.
