Westbound Interstate 94 was closed at 10 Mile Road in St. Clair Shores for about an hour Sunday morning after a white Ford Explorer rolled over, trapping two occupants.First responders were called to I-94 at Nine Mile Road about 10 a.m. after the Explorer crashed and landed in the center of the freeway.
