In an increasingly rare instance of bipartisanship, two Michigan politicians, U.S. Representative Candice Miller, a Republican, and U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow, a Democrat, have introduced legislation in their respective houses to stop the invasion of Asian carp into the Great Lakes."These fish don't care if you're Democrat or Republican - they're coming," said Miller, discussing along with Stabenow "The Defending the Great Lakes Act" in a conference call with reporters Thursday.
