WISE -- High water from a snow melt-off coupled with rain is causing some road closures across Southwest Virginia on Wednesday as a storm front moves through the region bringing steady and periodic heavy rainfall.Virginia Department of Transportation Wise Residency Administrator Allan Sumpter reported at around noon Wednesday several closures across the residency's area of responsibility of Wise, Lee, Scott and Dickenson Counties.Motorists are also advised to use caution on U.S.
