STOCKTON — A woman whom police were seeking on suspicion of attempted murder, arson and other crimes turned herself in to police Tuesday night after learning on Facebook that she was wanted, authorities said.Aracely Ramirez, 43, surrendered to officers at 8:37 p.m. in the 700 block of South Los Angeles Avenue in the Boggs Tract neighborhood, police said.
