The dive team of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office recovered sport utility vehicle containing a body that was discovered Sunday submerged in a pond on the Southside. A utility company crew working nearby saw the roof of the SUV in the pond in the 6800 block of Belfort Oaks Place and called police about 12:17 p.m., said Sgt.
