A real change may be in the works for Waterford-based Summit Place Mall.Supervisor Gary Wall said mall management is obtaining bids from demolition contractors.He did not know a timeframe for when bids might be opened or demolition started.The mall dominates the northwest corner of Telegraph and Elizabeth Lake roads in Waterford.
