Comment on 1 dead, 1 in custody after S. Houston shooting

A man was fatally shot during an argument in south Houston Saturday evening, authorities said. The incident occurred around 5:22 p.m. in the 9200 block of Noel. Investigators learned that an argument between two men led to gunfire. One of the men was shot and killed, investigator said. His identity has not been released.
