NEW YORK — Police say a body has been discovered in the rubble of an apparent gas explosion that leveled three buildings in Manhattan’s East Village. Authorities say the body was found Sunday afternoon. Officials did not identify the body. Two people had been unaccounted for: Nicholas Figueroa and Moises Lucon. Figueroa had been on date at a restaurant in one of three buildings that were leveled.
