EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Hundreds of Michigan State University students and fans have gathered outside an off-campus apartment complex to celebrate the Spartans' victory over Louisville that advanced them to the Final Four of the NCAA men's basketball tournament. MLive.com (http://bit.ly/1a8rNYU ) says that East Lansing police arrested at least three people Sunday evening and there was a small fire in the street nearby. The gathering is in the Cedar Village area, site of many disturbances over the years linked to Michigan State sports performances.
