DEBT TROUBLE"Lowering It" is so typical of all the people talking about the debt rising. The president has very little to do with the debt, because it is caused by Congress not bringing in enough revenue tax-wise to cover the money they're spending. And why is this happening? Because the Republicans refuse to tax the top 2 percent, who could easily wipe out the debt just by paying their fair share.
