A jury has been seated in Akron Municipal Court in the trial of a former U.S. Navy SEAL.Christopher Heben, 45, is accused of fabricating a story about being shot during a confrontation with a black man in a Bath Township shopping plaza last spring.He is charged with two misdemeanor counts of falsification and obstructing official business.Heben is being represented by James L.
