FORT MEADE, Md. – Police say two cross-dressing men who crashed into a guarded entrance to the National Security Agency in a stolen car met the vehicle’s owner in Baltimore before heading to a hotel to “party.” Howard County police spokeswoman Mary Phelan says the SUV’s owner picked up the two men, dressed as women, in Baltimore and then headed to the Terrace Motel in Elkridge.
