Comment on Updated: DA: APD sitting on shooting investigations

District Attorney Kari Brandenburg. (Dean Hanson/Albuquerque Journal) District Attorney Kari Branbdenburg sent a letter to Albuquerque police Chief Gorden Eden on Thursday inquiring about the investigations of 13 investigations into police shootings her office is waiting to review. The shootings include the Christopher Chase shooting in October 2013 and every shooting un 2014 and 2015 except for James Boyd, a case where Brandenburg’ office filed murder charges against the officers who shot Boyd.
