Sacramento’s housing market is picking up steam. Sales of existing houses in Sacramento County rose 12 percent in March from the same month of 2014, from 1,392 to 1,559. The median sales price of existing homes in the county jumped by 9.8 percent – from $245,000 to $269,000 – year over year, CoreLogic reported on Friday.
