(AP) — Dominion Virginia Power and state regulators want the Supreme Court of Virginia to reconsider a recent ruling involving a proposed high-rise electrical transmission line over a historic section of the James River. Dominion and the Virginia State Corporation Commission said they issued a notice of intent to file for rehearing Monday in the James River case. The high court ruled earlier this month that local approval is required for a switching station that is a key element for the proposed line.
