The owner of the Shark Club in Waterford could face up to two years in prison after pleading guilty to maintaining a gambling house for gain.Joseph B. Puertas, 54, of Clarkston, a former Michigan Charitable Gaming Association (MiCGA) board member, entered the plea Monday in Oakland County Circuit Court.
