(AP) — Adam Toth hit a two-run homer to help give Baylor an early lead and the Bears held on to edge Texas Tech 5-4 in a pool play elimination game Friday in the Big 12 Tournament. Toth's homer off Texas Tech starter Dylan Dusek (2-2) came in the second inning and gave eighth-seeded Baylor (23-31) a 3-0 lead after Mitch Price's RBI single in the first.
