A Prince George’s County man died early Sunday in a boating accident on the Chesapeake Bay, the Maryland Natural Resources Police said. The victim was identified as Salvador Santos, 37, of New Carrollton. Authorities said Santos was on a fishing trip with four other people when their 18-foot boat began taking on water around 3 a.m.
