Comment on Consideration nears for Polk Street grant

Amarillo City Council next week will consider pursuing a $17.6 million federal grant to revamp Polk Street to create a more pedestrian friendly downtown, tie into the Rock Island Rail Trail and also enhance Sixth Avenue.
