A Macomb County sheriff's deputy for the first time saved the life of a person overdosing on drugs Tuesday night using a newly obtained opiod overdose antidote.The deputy rescued a 37-year-old Mount Clemens man overdosing on heroin by spraying Narcan, aka naloxone, into his bloodstream through his nose.
