Updated at 5:40 p.m.Rescuers have not been able to find a man who jumped off a cliff into the Potomac River and did not emerge.Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service spokesman Pete Piringer said on Twitter that two cliff divers in their 20s went into the water from the Virginia side, near Sandy Landing.
