Following in the footsteps of “Gone Girl” and “Girl on the Train,” we have the latest entry in a spate of recent best-sellers with titles referring to grown women. However, it’s not fair to include “Luckiest Girl Alive,” which has been repeatedly compared to both these books, in this group, as its protagonist, the unfortunately named TifAni FaNelli, was dubbed the “luckiest girl alive” when she was in fact, still a girl.
