Dr. Robert Yetman's lawyer said Tuesday that medical records show that the doctor and medical school professor is innocent. More than a year later, a Harris County grand jury decided enough evidence exists to go to trial in the alleged incident. If convicted of the second-degree felony, Yetman faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
