STOCKTON — The Stockton Police Department swore in one new officer and introduced five new officer trainees Wednesday, giving the department its highest staffing levels since 2008.Stockton Police Chief Eric Jones presented a badge to Officer Karel Marecek during a ceremony in the Community Room on the second floor of the Police Department.
