An apartment fire Thursday afternoon spewed smoke over Queen Anne and drew a two-alarm fire response. Crews were sent about 5 p.m. to 160 Lee Street on the south slope of the hill. There, flames shot from the rooftop of a multi-story apartment building while neighbors stood by and watched firefighters attack the blaze.
