Staff reports GREEN SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. -- State Police said Thursday that an officer had shot and killed a man in Summers County."We responded to a domestic which resulted in an officer involved shooting," State Police spokesman Lt. Michael Baylous wrote in a message to the Gazette. Baylous said an officer was threatened with a crossbow before the shooting.
