Staff reports Charleston police used their SWAT team to make a crack cocaine arrest Thursday morning, according to a release.Sgt. J.A. Hunt said in the release the SWAT team was used "due to the inherent violence associated with crack cocaine and other undisclosed dangers in this investigation."Archie Carter, 50, of Charleston, was taken into police custody uninjured after police arrived at 1528 B Lee Street East at about 8 a.m.
