IDAHO SPRINGS - A 20-year-old drowned on a rafting trip on Clear Creek near Idaho Springs. The Clear Creek County Sheriff's Office says the incident happened around noon Saturday. The man has not been identified. The sheriff's office reports that the drowning happened between Idaho Springs and Golden. He could not be revived when pulled from the water. The man was rafting with a company called Mile-High Rafting. An autopsy is planned.
