STOCKTON — Thousands converged on the heart of the city Saturday night eager to see Stockton’s first Fourth of July fireworks show in several years.Many star-spangled, flag-waving families filled Stockton Ballpark while others brought blankets and lawn chairs to the Weber Point Events Center to watch Independence Day fireworks light up the night sky above downtown Stockton for the first time since 2008.
