The Associated Press VAN, W.Va. - State police say the driver fled the scene after a sport utility vehicle plunged 200 feet down a mountainside in southern West Virginia.State police tell media outlets that Darnell Mendoza has been living in the country illegally.The accident occurred Saturday night on Bolt Mountain in the area of the Boone-Raleigh-Wyoming county lines.
