BUNNELL - Deputies arrested a Palm Coast man Saturday following allegations that he was exposing himself to strangers.Scott Boardman, 50, 13 Fordham Lane, was charged with indecent exposure and two counts of disorderly intoxication in connection with the incident.According to a Flagler County Sheriff's Office report, deputies found Boardman near a hotel off Old Kings Road South, wearing a towel.
