The fastest growing part of the Florida electorate isn't Democrats or Republicans. It's people with no party.There are lots of reasons for this. I like to think that in a time of hyper-partisanship, most normal people have trouble identifying with either major party. Even the one they half-agree with.Over the past 10 years in Florida, Democratic voter registration went up 9 percent.
