PALM COAST — The developer of the city's largest retail plaza says the renovations will conclude by the middle of next year and will feature a variety of eateries and new junior anchor stores.Among the restaurants coming to Island Walk — formerly the Palm Harbor Shopping Village — will be The Brass Tap Craft Beer Bar, Metro Diner, Moe's Southwest Grill and Anthony's Brick Oven Pizza.
