New York firm buys $70 million worth of Denver, Glendale apartments

A New York City-based investor has purchased an apartment portfolio in Denver and Glendale for $70 million from Denver-based Blueline Properties. The portfolio consisted of five properties in the vicinity of Mississippi Avenue and Colorado Boulevard, totaling more than 530 units. Two of the properties, Infinity Flats and Four-Mile Flats, were recently renovated, said Terrance Hunt of ARA Colorado, which handled the transaction. Infinity Flats at 1250 S.
