From Staff ReportsAn Oklahoma City firefighter has taken a top prize for golf in the World Police and Fire Games. Battalion Chief Kirk Wright, a 28-year fire veteran, competed in the event in Fairfax, Va., in late June and early July. Wright competed in the over-50 division of the golf event and won by eight shots. “What amazed me was how many athletes from different countries participated,” he said.Read more on NewsOK.com
