LOGAN, Iowa (AP) — A 25-year-old man has surrendered to face charges stemming from the hit-and-run death of a western Iowa woman on the Fourth of July. Austin Arndt, of Logan, is charged in Harrison County with vehicular homicide and with leaving the scene of a fatal accident. Online court records don't list the name of an attorney who could be contacted to comment on Arndt's behalf. Authorities say the body of 50-year-old Charlotte Anderson was found a little after 11:15 p.m.
