CEDAR RAPIDS — Update 11:21 p.m. from Gazette reporter Jeremiah Davis:Near the end of the feature event, the INEX Legends Race, at Hawkeye Downs Speedway Joan Feller and Sammy Smith were involved in an accident. Emergency responders (Cedar Rapids’ fire department, police department and a crime scene unit) were called to the scene.
