Comment on Man injured in early morning shooting

By Staff reports The Charleston Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place early Saturday morning.Anthony Crihfield, 41, of Kenna, was shot in the chest at Littlepage Terrace on the city's West Side. The shooting was reported around 6 a.m., Detective C.E. Sharp of the Charleston Police Department, said. After the shooting, some people put Crihfield in a vehicle and drove him to a Charleston fire station, where he was transported by ambulance to a hospital, Sharp said.Sharp said Crihfield was in stable condition.
