BOSTON — The MBTA is sharpening its skills when it comes to responding to a chemical release in a subway station.T workers, transit police, as well as Boston police, fire and emergency services personnel are scheduled to participate in an exercise on Tuesday morning at the agency's emergency training facility on Foundry Street in South Boston.Neighbors are being told to expect increased activity in the area.
