Amarillo police are investigating a Monday incident in which a man reportedly trapped a woman in the store room of a business in west Amarillo and masturbated in front of her. At 11:47 a.m., police responded to a public indecency and unlawful restraint call at the business. A blotter report lists the call in the 79121 zip code. “Because of the nature of the crime, we will just say it was in the store room of a business in west Amarillo,” Cpl.
