Real estate transactions Phase I consists of 184 units in 13 buildings with an average unit size of 730 square feet. M&E Texas Moviehouse has contracted to purchase 5.9 acres in Cypress Creek Lakes, a 1,600-acre master-planned community of Mischer Investments near Fry Road and Tuckerton Road. Cardiac Cath Lab of Baytown has leased 6,791 square feet at Gladstone Commercial Corp.'s 12,000-square-foot Baytown medical office building adjacent to the San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown. Houston-based Lionstone Investments has teamed with Midway as an investor in GreenStreet, a 570,000-square-foot mixed-use development spanning three downtown blocks that's poised to get more foot traffic as several hotels, apartments and office buildings are completed in the area.
