FORT COLLINS — In response to a request from a group of citizens, the Fort Collins City Council will consider an update of its existing public nudity ordinance. According to a press release, at its Oct. 20 meeting, the council will consider two options. One option would keep the current policy, which does not allow women to be topless in public, but would add an exception for breast-feeding mothers.
