By Jane Glenn Cannon Staff Writer jcannon@oklahoman.comNORMAN — Early voting returns indicate city residents overwhelmingly support passage of a 15-year, half percent sales tax to fund a package of "quality of life" improvements that includes libraries, a senior citizens center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, park development, sports fields and other amenities. With 44 of 49 precincts reporting in by 8:15 p.m., results showed 7,936 "yes" votes, compared to 3,073 "no" votes.Read more on NewsOK.com
