GOSHEN – An Orange County Court judge has set Dec. 15 as the date for pre-trial hearings for a man charged with murder in the death of 81-year-old Helen Mills of Goshen.Devin Giordano, 21, of Goshen faces charges including second-degree murder and arson in Mills’ Aug. 2, 2014 death. Giordano’s codefendant, Jennifer Molyneaux, now 18, pleaded guilty in February to second-degree murder, admitting to being the one who killed Mills during a burglary of her home.
