Comment on MakerFest competition winners announced

LIMA — Last week’s MakerFest event at Veterans Memorial Civic Center not only gave local students the chance to learn about various manufacturing careers in the area, but it also gave them the chance to compete for their schools with the events inaugural skills competition, with the prize being the Maker Cup for the school with the top overall score. The competition featured a variety of skills competitions related to the manufacturing industry, including auto repair, engineering and graphic design.
